PromptJet ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Nilos Studio, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use the PromptJet iOS application.

We engineered PromptJet with a privacy-first philosophy: we do not track you, we do not record your voice, and we do not store your travel data.

1. Data We Collect and How We Use It

A. Voice and Speech Data PromptJet uses your device’s microphone and Apple’s native Speech Recognition framework to translate your spoken travel intent into text.

• Processing: Voice data is processed on-device or securely through Apple’s native servers.

• Retention: We do not record, store, or monetize your voice audio or the resulting text transcripts.

B. Location Data PromptJet requests access to your location (when actively using the app) to determine flight origins, arrival timezones, and local weather forecasts.

• Processing: Location data is accessed transiently (Just-in-Time) and is never tracked in the background.

• Retention: Your GPS coordinates are never stored on our servers.

C. Flight Search Queries When you confirm a flight manifest, the origin, destination, dates, and passenger counts are sent securely to our custom backend (PromptJetAPI) to aggregate available flights.

• Retention: This payload is strictly ephemeral. Our servers process the search to find your tickets and immediately forget the data. We maintain zero databases of user flight searches.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide our core functionalities, PromptJet interacts with select third-party services:

• Apple WeatherKit: We securely pass your coordinates to Apple to retrieve real-time meteorological data.

• Apple Speech Recognition: Used for transcribing your spoken itinerary.

• Flight Aggregators: We provide deep links to third-party booking platforms (e.g., Kayak). Once you tap "View Options" and leave PromptJet, your interactions are governed by the privacy policies of those respective third-party platforms.

3. Analytics and Tracking

We respect your digital footprint. PromptJet does not integrate any third-party analytics, telemetry, or crash-reporting frameworks (such as Google Analytics or Firebase). We do not track your behavior inside the app.

4. Children’s Privacy

PromptJet does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Given our ephemeral data architecture, no user data of any kind is stored.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new features. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Welcome to PromptJet. By downloading or using the PromptJet iOS application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptJet (the "App"), operated by Nilos Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

PromptJet is an intelligent travel utility that utilizes voice recognition and geographic data to parse flight intents, aggregate travel options, and provide contextual information such as timezone offsets and weather forecasts.

3. Third-Party Booking and Liability

PromptJet acts solely as an aggregator and a search concierge.

• No Direct Sales: We do not sell airline tickets, collect payment information, or manage bookings.

• External Links: The App directs you to third-party platforms (e.g., airlines or aggregators) via Safari to finalize your purchase.

• Disclaimer: Nilos Studio is not responsible for the accuracy of pricing, ticket availability, booking modifications, cancellations, or customer service related to flights discovered through PromptJet. Any disputes regarding your travel itinerary must be resolved directly with the airline or booking platform.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.

• Automating requests, scraping, or otherwise spamming the PromptJetAPI.

• Using the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, user interfaces, and underlying code within PromptJet (excluding third-party trademarks and logos) are the exclusive intellectual property of Nilos Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptJet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate flight searches, weather forecasts, and timezone calculations, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided by the App or its third-party data providers (including Apple WeatherKit).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nilos Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
