PromptJet’s on-device acoustic engine instantly parses your intent, plots the cartography, and prepares a pristine Draft Manifest for your review. With one tap, the app consults the global travel network (powered by KAYAK) to secure your passage.

Your voice belongs to you. PromptJet uses Apple’s native speech recognition. No audio files are ever recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers. Your location is strictly used ephemerally to calculate your departure city.

This Privacy Policy describes how Nilos Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the PromptJet application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled transparently.

 

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

PromptJet is designed to be a privacy-first travel concierge. We only request access to the data absolutely necessary to fulfill your flight search requests.

  • Speech and Audio Data: The App requires access to your device's microphone and Apple's Speech Recognition service to transcribe your spoken travel requests into text. We do not record, store, or transmit your raw audio files to our servers. All speech-to-text processing is handled by Apple's native, on-device frameworks. Only the final transcribed text string is sent to our backend to generate your itinerary.

  • Location Data: If you request a flight departing from your current location (e.g., by saying "from here"), the App will request one-time, "When In Use" access to your GPS coordinates. We do not track your location in the background. Your coordinates are used ephemerally to determine your origin airport and are never stored in our databases or linked to your identity.

  • Search Intent Data: The transcribed text of your travel requests (origins, destinations, dates, and passenger counts) is securely transmitted to our backend to query flight availability. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored or tied to an identifiable user profile.

2. Third-Party Services and Links ​

To secure your passage, PromptJet aggregates data and generates outbound links to third-party travel providers (specifically, KAYAK).

  • When you choose to "Consult the Oracle" or secure a ticket, you are transferred to a third-party website via an in-app browser or the Safari app.

  • We do not share any personal identifiers with these third parties.

  • Please note that once you leave PromptJet or open a third-party link, your data is governed by the privacy policies of those respective services.

 

3. Data Retention

Because PromptJet does not require user accounts, logins, or profiles, we do not retain your personal data. Your flight search parameters exist only for the duration of your active session.

4. Children's Privacy

PromptJet does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can ensure it is deleted.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technical or regulatory changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."

Welcome to PromptJet, operated by Nilos Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the PromptJet application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

PromptJet is a voice-activated travel utility that transcribes your spoken flight parameters, processes them, and provides aggregated deep links to third-party flight search engines. The App acts solely as a search conduit and does not sell, book, or manage travel tickets.

2. Third-Party Bookings and Providers

PromptJet redirects you to third-party services (such as KAYAK) to finalize your travel plans.

  • No Booking Liability: We are not a travel agency. We do not process payments, issue tickets, or handle customer service for any flights.

  • Accuracy of Information: While we strive to provide accurate routing information, flight availability, pricing, and schedules are subject to change by airlines and third-party aggregators in real-time. We do not guarantee the availability, price, or accuracy of any flight displayed on third-party platforms.

  • Any disputes, cancellations, or refunds must be handled directly with the third-party booking platform or the respective airline.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

By using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App's backend API or speech recognition engines.

  • Send automated or high-volume requests to our servers (scraping or botting).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, typography, graphics, and underlying code within PromptJet (excluding third-party trademarks like KAYAK) are the exclusive intellectual property of Nilos Studio and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Nilos Studio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App's operation, the accuracy of its voice transcription, or the uninterrupted availability of our backend services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nilos Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed flights, incorrect bookings made on third-party sites, or travel delays.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
